The Fourth Journal deviates from the Rigmor mods regarding event locations and sequence. Wulf is already Thane of several Holds and has received more aid from The Divines. The Fourth Journal uses an updated Rigmor of Cyrodiil and some plot elements are place markers for events in Rigmor of Tamriel.
