I have started and scrapped a new blog entry several times. I am still deciding how to deal with Wulf and Ulfr. When I finally get rolling, the words will come easy.
So, here are the Christmas pictures I did years ago of Rigmor and Kintyra.

And here is a song I just wrote about Olette.

- [Verse I]
- I learned my letters on the Riften stones,
- Counted days by ships that never came home.
- Pa sailed on a promise, thin as air,
- Ma kept a candle burnin’ for a man not there.
- Other kids learned quicker ways to eat,
- Hands in pockets or bodies in sheets.
- Me? I listened where the whispers went,
- Sold the truth by the word, by the breath I spent.
- [Pre-Chorus I]
- Stabber at my side as I spied at night,
- I learned early how to win a fight.
- Not proud of it, just needed to survive,
- That’s the lesson Riften provides.
- [Chorus]
- They called me Little Dartwing, small and fast,
- Cut through shadows, never looked back.
- And I learned this much, if nothing else:
- Some folks vanish… but they don’t stay lost.
- [Verse II]
- Ma loved stories of heroes bold,
- Champion this, Cyrodiil that, brave and old.
- She’d grab my hands when the bard struck tune,
- Spin me round the Bee and Barb, like a loon.
- Most days she chased the Skooma haze,
- But some days… some days were gold.
- And when she slipped beyond my reach,
- I spoke my thanks and let her go.
- [Pre-Chorus II]
- Not in the Hall where the candles lie,
- But on the docks where the gulls cry.
- That’s where I spoke my last goodbye,
- As a quiet man stood by.
- [Chorus]
- They called me Little Dartwing, sharp and thin,
- But he saw past the blade and the sins.
- Gave Ma a grave where flowers grow,
- Gave me a home, and a place to go.
- Didn’t ask me to kneel or swear—
- Just said, “You have a chance here.”
- [Verse III]
- I never called him father, never lord,
- Never Dragonborn, never hero.
- To me he was Cap’n—plain and true,
- Like a ship you trust to pull you through.
- He vanished one day, clothes left bare,
- Like he stepped out of time itself somewhere.
- They say he’s gone, they say he fell,
- But I know Cap’n too damn well.
- [Bridge]
- Ships don’t sink just ‘cause you can’t see the sail,
- Storms don’t mean the compass fails.
- If he’s walkin’ some other shore,
- Then he’s fightin’ his way back—like many times before.
- [Final Chorus]
- I’m still Little Dartwing, voice grown strong,
- Singin’ truth where I belong.
- Bards learn patience, strings learn strain,
- Every silence is part of the refrain.
- So raise no tears, don’t light the pyre—
- My Cap’n will return!
- That is certain, not just my desire.
- [Outro – soft, spoken or lightly sung]
- So, Cap’n, I’ll keep singing.
- While you find your way home.
A different version of Ulfric Must Die.

And a new one, Ulfric The Traitor.

I will endeavour to produce blog entries at a faster rate.
Beautiful songs!
Amazing songs honestly if I knew how to make mods I’d make a mod that makes bards have the chance to sing these songs in inns or as just BGM that plays while you travel around
But that aside I was wondering from what you know how is ROT going as it’s been since like June or July I think since there been any news on the Facebook group for ROT
Nevermind he just updated it
Jim has been very ill.
I think 2026, will see you write great things Mark.
I like what I am doing with Vigilant. It puts and interesting twist on it.
It does Mark.
Merry Christmas to you, and your Family.
Merry Christmas to you and your family Mark, and also to all my fellow readers.
I picked up Ashe and Serana of course I had Lydia and found the banter between the first two to be very funny and at times thought provoking. I have Ashe and Serana banter patch, Serana dialogue add-on and the its patch hub and Serana dialogue expansion. This lot would provide you with a hell of a lot of conversation, just a thought.
Just checking in on you hope everything is well
Just finding it difficult to concentrate at the moment. Narcolepsy does that to me sometimes. Getting into it now.

This heat wouldn’t do you any good either. Mid 40’s all next week. That’s getting warm. Stay cool Mark. Still reading your second set of journal entries, love ’em.
